hello Sir, my 45days baby has dry cough from past 5days.we have given naseline drop.it was not controlled.but again she has some issue from today.could you please suggest any medication.

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptofgymatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant fmay be required along with anti allergic medications
