Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. babies will generally release salive from mouth.. drooling or lot of saliva release is sign of teething.. you can start with calc phosphorus a homeopathy medicine for teething calc phosphorus helps in easing teething effects as teething fever loose motion green stool itching gums..
