hello sir my 4.5 years old daughter's forehead remains heat but full body remains normal what should we doctor

A. It's normal for small children to have warm heads, palms, and soles. No need to worry if the child's growth is on track. Consider it a fever only if the armpit temperature reaches 100°F (37.7°C) or more. This warmth is due to necessary hyperdynamic circulation for development.
