Q.

Hello sir, My 3-year-old girl was given Zental syrup (5ml) in October, followed by a 5ml repeat dose after 15 days. However, she's been experiencing a lack of appetite recently, and last night, she complained of itching in her vagina, where we observed alive white worm. Can we give Zental syrup again?

A. Thanks, sir, but I hope there is no issue because it hasn't been six months since the last Zental dose. Last time, a 5ml dose was given. How much should be administered this time as it hasn't been six months yet?

A. yes you can give but you had you 10 ml as a single dose more than 2 years of age. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok
