hello sir ... my 3 months old baby got throat infection doctor sujested sinarest but still he suffering his voice also changed , wt should I do

Cough along with Cold most of the time is a viral illness and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration. you can give steam inhalation which is very useful . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant brognchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be given only after a proper evaluation by the doctor according to the type of cough. if fever is there paracetamol can be given to reducce the fever aggnd the dose can be repeated after 6 hours again if required .

Sinarist What is an antiallergic medicine it is for running nose it is never forecast if your child is having a throat infection or issues associated with thoughts when you like to go for medicines associated with food not the one that you are giving this is going to be of no use
