hello sir..mi kid 7+.he is very week .. always tired.im always provide healthy food but he underwaighted ... please help me..

A. Namaste Mom, Get his Hb levels check , could very well be low iron levels as the symptoms are quite similar, but this need to be confirmed, Nevertheless , give him seasonal fruits , vegetables, dry fruits , home made fresh foods, limit his prepackaged foods
