ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi. babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. don't be tensed and wait.. meanwhile gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip or moist cold cotton cloth
