hello sir/Mam my son is 7 months old can I give him Parle g biscuit with milk in mashed form.?? and please suggest me the food which I can give me and in what amount..!

Hello mom would not recommend to give him biscuits as it mostly made of refined flour and it can cause constipation issues in the baby , instead give him porridge made of ragi or multigrain mix or suji , steamed and mashed vegetables or soups or fruits which are fresh and seasonal , curds , ghee
