Hello sir /mam my son is 5 years old and he is having rashes on his whole body. This happens on a period of every 3 month. Can u plz tell me what is the problem

A. hi it could be skin Infection so please visit your pediatrician or dermatologist for once choose Cotton clothes for your child avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now keep your child well hydrated skip suspected cosmetics.
