hello Sir/ Mam, jaskirat ko bht jyada cough hai nd woh kmm bhi nhi ho rhi hai..pehle to doc ne Vasakamadhu syrup diya but usse bhi frk nhi pda to unhone Cherry cough syrup nd usse bhi koi frk nhi hai cough mein.. jaskirat 4 years ka hai..uske throat mein ek side tonsil bh hai.. plz help me

A. Start saline water gargles twice a day abd use humidifier in the room and now start giving him one teaspoon honey mixed with a pinch of black pepper two drops of ginger juice abd two drops of tulsi twice a day fir five days
