Hello sir/mam, I have 3 month old baby and taking formula based milk most of time and having gray potty with bad smell. is there any serious problem?? kindly do needful in this.

A. loose motion may be because of either some infection there could be loss of water iuand electrolytes so a proper hydration is required give ORS and also give probiotic like enterogermina two times 3 day
