Q.

Hello Sir/Madam, We have twin babies born at 34 weeks. Now they are 44 weeks old. Babies baby weigh around 3.5kg and 3.2kg. We are using Lactodex LBW formula. Can we switch to the different formula milk now that the babies weigh more than 3kg or we should continue the same? If we have to go for different formula then please suggest which one we should go for?

A. You confusing your question you are saying your kids were born with the weight of 3.5 and 3.2 and now you are saying that 3 kg plus so there is no clarity in the question as to what is the weight currently so I would just suggest you to kindly take a check with your doctor on this because kids were premature so so they will tell you whether should you be switching to anything else or not
