Hello sir/Madam This is bring your kind notice that My Daughter 11Months old her body 90degree high fever temperature so please kindly I request u to suggest any dropler for her Thank you

A. it may be due to climate variation and viral fever you can give paracetamol drops to baby 1 ml 2 to 3 times in a day can be given to baby
