hello sir / madam since yesterday morning iam suffering from fever with body pains ,cough.iam 7 th month pregnant,iam using only dolo 650 along with this taking homeopathy medicine,shall I use L arginine powder along with this medication as I worried about liqour amniotic fluid due to cough
