Q.

Hello sir/madam My son is eleven months old, currently exclusive breastfeeding plus solids, we feel that breastfeeding milk is not sufficient for him, can we start cow milk now ? We planned to start after one year, can we start one month early ? We are bit hesitant to start formula now ! Please advice thanks

A. No you cannot start early you have to start it at the right time so since we do not want to go for formula you always have a better option of giving toned pasteurise milk like you can go ahead with giving Amul Taaza the blue packet which is going to be completely safe
