hello sir/madam my son 15 months old he fallen from sofa and some blood came from nose ...it means what actually can you explain mam

When your child fell down the child fell on the face and got hurt on the nose which is why the blood came from the nose of the child but now the blood has stopped and there is no discomfort to the child then it’s okay but still monitor for 24 to 48 hours if you see spelling or any of these things happening again like bleeding and all then visit your doctor
