If your kid is 0-3 months old then generally pediatrician prescribes to give vit D3 supplement. It promotes normal growth and development and helps teeth to be strong. There are several other benefits also. Before giving any supplement, It is advisable to consult the doctor for proper dosage for little ones.

Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy5 years agoA. hi sir Please don't give any medicine to your child with out doctor instructions . it is not safe for your child. so if wish to give it to your child please first consult with your pediatrician on phone about this matter. As per my opinion Sun light is best vitamin D3 source ,so please give daily sun light exposure for 15 to 20 minutes at early morning with essentially clothes. please give vitamin C and calcium rich diet to your child it is essential for your child. Be natural.
