Hello sir I'm santhosha mother of Rugvedh. My son is having phlegm, how can i treat at home? please give me a remedy.

A. You can make ginger juice and honey mix together and give it four times in the day along with that prefer giving warm water with pinch of turmeric and the black pepper once or twice otherwise warm water through the Day and you can also massage the chest and throat with warm mustard oil and do hot compress
