hello sir, I am Haritha.. mother of gnanith Harsha .. he is 3yrs 10 months old, he is suffering from adenoids and tonsils last 1 year... now we are using ayurveda medicine for him. please give any suggestions for reducing that..

A. as he is already under medication than continue with it n avoid food such as spur food, cold food like ice cream.. etc daily give warm turmeric milk. tc.
