Hello sir gud monin.. my baby is 4 month old n he vomits as soon as I finish him feeding milk.. what is the reason sir??

A. hello dear good morning try to make the baby burp after every feeding that will help and also keep the baby in the upright position for 20 to 30 minutes after feeding do not make the baby in lying position
