Q.

Hello sir Good morning sir my daughter is suffering with high fever and cold,slight leg pains from 2 days, due to pongal unable to contact the doctor. the temperature is 102, sometimes getting down and going up. please suggest me the medicine.

A. If you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give her syp paracetamol 250 MG 4ml 6 hourly for 3 days If no improvement Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed

A. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your baby dolo syrup for now but ultimately it will be better if you tried to visit your doctor for a proper clinical examination to that medicine can be given
