hello sir Cockroaches and their babies in our baby's head. Because of them the baby gets very irritated. Tell me what to do to get rid of the problem caused by them. please help me

How can there be cockroaches and the babies in their head that’s very unhealthy and unhygienic and it something for the first time I’m hearing anyways right now I would advise you to apply some neem juice or oil into the scalp of the child and after that shampoo and get the head of your child totally shaved off
