Hello Sir can you please guide me regarding my query regarding height.. is there any medicine or way to increase height of 18 yrs old girl?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. no the height of the child depends upon the genetic patterns as well as the diet the child is taking. so meet your doctor who will tell you whether it is within the normal limits according to the height of the parents or not. the doctor will calculate mid parental height and then tell you whether any intervention in in the form of supplements is required or not. it is advisable that the child should take some amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily according to the age of the child. regular physical activity is also important to increase the weight and height of the child.

Hi mommy Do cycling and climbing Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Every child is unique Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
