hello sir baby ko khane me kya kya dena chiye fruits vegetables pulses and dry fruit

A. haan, ye sab de sakte hai.. You can give moong dal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin. Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats, porridge. Give fruits like peach, papaya, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form

A. hi you can offer fruits, vegetables, dairy products, different pulses too so you can prepare sheera , rab, porridge, mix veg khichdi, mix veg soup, etc
