hello sir, After using metaspray nasal spray few days later my daughter complaint itching in nose and forehead, & pain in chest, difficult in breathing during sleep time at night. when I checked I observed that his nose inside is reddish and rashes. For this we gave him nzomac AF spary but no relief till now. please suggest is everything normal
