Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi fever is not a disease itself it's a reaction of body to the infection so ,as child is having fever since more than 3 days ,it means that your child is having infection, kindly consult your pediatrician and please keep your child well hydrated
