hello reapected doctors , my 3 month old has not passed stools for 3 days now and today is 4th day, she is definitely passing gas.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no problem eg the. babies less than 6 months of age may not be passing stools regularly and daily a constipation of 8 to 10 days is absolutely normal in them there is no need to use any medicines to relieve the constipa
