ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician7 years agoA. Mouth, tongue : Just maintain good oral hygiene Clean gums teeth and tongue with baby brush and tongue cleaner. Give plenty of water after every food items. Take leukworm water Wrap clean cotton cloth to ur index finger Soak cloth with this water and gently clean babys tongue Twice a day. Do gum massage at the same time It will help for easy eruption of teeth

Shilpa GuptaMom of a 8 yr 2 m old boy7 years agoA. Baby is too small to clean their tongue at this stage. if you want you can wrap a soft cloth on finger and do it. take care don't put finger too much inside it can cause cough and vomit to baby.
