hello...plz give any home remedy for constipation...i hv this problem frm last 2 days n also hv prblm of bed smell fart😃...plz tell

A. if you want remedy for constipation you should take plenty of liquids along with high fibre in diet avoid taking food which is causing constipation specially you should not take any maida
