hello .. pls anyone let me know that my daughter is now in 5th month and the problem facing is she has a constipation issue .. her stool is so tight n hard .. sometimes she bleed also .. little bit .. as m giving her breastfeed plus verka yellow packet .. in the night I always give her breastfeeding... but in the mong most of she use to have verka milk ... by this her tummy got full ... and have a deep sleep... so pls let me know what should I do .. to help her in constipation... m usely giving her ghuti dabur Janam ghuti also with warm water .. so another thing what should I do ?pls help .. !!
