This easy-to-make apple kheer uses rava or suji and apples, and can be eaten as a yummy snack.1.5 teaspoon fine rava, roasted
1 small sized apple or half of one big apple
¼ cup water
¼ teaspoon ghee
½ cup breast or formula milk (cow milk for babies over 1-year-old)Peel the skin and finely grate the apple. Blending it also works, as it gives a smooth consistency.
In a heated saucepan with ghee, roast the rava for 3 minutes. Later, add ¼ cup of water to it.
Cook the mix until the rava is entirely cooked. Add the blended apple and cook for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.
Now add the ½ cup milk to the cooked mixture and stir well. Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
Serve warm or cool.
