and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml.
you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everydayy to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child.
you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child
you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child

Once your baby completes one year you can start giving your child all the healthy foods that you daily prepare for your family. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Give foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates.
