Hello πŸ‘‹ now I am the mother of 3rd month old baby still my stomach was looking like pregnant pls give me good suggestion.also tell me good diet

A. Hi mom Don't worry about the belly fat now... Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to recover from weakness after delivery and for healthy milk supply. Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
