A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very common after delivery, depends on the hormonal changes. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If periods are for short time frequently then consult your doctor for further assistance. Good luck and take care.
