Hello My wife is trying to feed breastmilk with both manual n express feed whenever she does express feed like thrice in a day milk is not even crossing 30ml And also she is taking lactare from 2days and also her esting is also good But why milk production is slow And during manual feeding baby doesnt latch properly and it tries to push away without latching

Maybe it’s difficult for the child to latch properly onto the breast and if the mother is not making sufficient amount of 30 ML also that means the feeling is not enough and the lactation tablet she’s taking is not helping so you can consult your doctor Nidhi suggest you can start with formula feeding as well on the side
