hello my twin babies suffering with green motions, from 7 days with mucus and bad smell so I took them to doctor he prescribed medications but nothing changes, any serious issue with this plz explain

follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there zwill be changed in the medicines .
