Hello my toddler is 4 year and 3 months old . Recently he recovered from viral fever n after 1 week of gap now only his head is hit i checked his temperature its showing 37.3-37.7 c but his body is in normal temperature i have given him paracetamol n after that his temperature of his head back to normal pls help should I consult doctor for this
