hello my toddler is 4 year 4 months old nd she is having dry cough from 4 days... whatvi observed isvsje s having some hearing issue that she can't respond to my words.. after shouting lou then only she can respond... is this bcz cough by infection..

Brozeet You can give this medicine this is going to be ideally very good for dry cough you can give you three times in the day along with that you should also go ahead with giving home remedies like ginger juice and honey hopefully that’s going to be very helpful for you
