Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Few babies have delay in their speech, it is normal. Communicate more with your child, keep telling stories and sing and play together. Encourage your child to express and respond to your questions. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day.
