Hello my son last few days back he fall down from the stroller on the road and he had huge swelling on the back and we went to doctor taken x-ray there was no issue. He was totally fine and didnot vomit or feel drowsy after that. Since there was no issue on X-Ray we didnot taken CT scan.is it necessary to take it or X-Ray is enough. Also still small part of swelling s there so usually how many days will take for swelling to reduce ?I read some where 1 to 4 weeks is it right ? Please reply and guide us I am little confused
