In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluatcgge properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Get your child personally examined by the doctor and seek treatment , without proper consultation physical examination it is not possible to understand the situation.
