#Hello...my son is now 5 months and 22 days old. When should outside food to be introduced... actually he depends on my feed and I am a working lady he is not having infant milk powder milk .. after a long struggle he is having 2 ounce in 7 hrs..what to do I am worried...pls suggest

A. Hello mom you can now introduce him weaning foods , we’re in you can give him , liquid consistency foods , to start with and once he gets used to it you can move to semi solid
