Q.

Hello! my son is a picky eater he doesn't likes various stuff makes him miss lot of nutrients and vitamins I'm looking forward to give him some protein supplements so that he won't miss important nutrients and vitamins please suggest me which protein supplement is best for my kid as he is also lactose intolerant

A. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be aavgvoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and the child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requirements according to the age

Hi See protein supplements can you give me suggested by a nutritionist if there are any mostly properties they say that you should give proper protein diet to the Challa cottage cheese tofu milk and a chicken egg fish and also if you feel that your child is lactose intolerance that you get a check with your doctor for a proper treatment
