Hello,my son is 9th month old.he is having yellow poop with string like mucus and sticky....for last two weeks.in between he has diarrhoea.now he is having the same poop with mucus before and after diarrhoea..he is active .but sometimes vomitting sensation while giving solids.attaching pic.. is there any issue

A. the baby is nine months of age if the baby is having diarrhoea effect 2 z and D drops the baby 1 ml 3 times a day along with enterogermina tubes for 3 days
