the urine output should be more than 6 to 7 times per day. the child should sleep after taking feeding.
meet the doctor for weight assessment.
if the above criteria is achievedd then the child is having adequate milk intake.
there is no need to go for outside milk if the above criteria is met successfully
if the growth of the dchild is proper there is no need to worry about the sleeping pattern/ feeding as well as the stool frequency of the child

gradually increase the intake...
it is exclusively breast feed recommended for six months...
always burp after feed
