Q.

Hello My son is 5 years old. He is suffering from continue nasel congestion from almost 5 months, which gets worst during night. Now he shows symptoms of sleep apnea. All the x-rays and tests are alright and doctors say he has no problem of tonsils or other things. Now, I am really worried, what could be the reason? Could it be chronic allergy that does not go or anything else? please suggest

A. Hello dear parent! Can be allergic reaction to the surroundings or any particular diet. Try giving steam inhalation twice a day. Give a good sun light exposure. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Few elders suggest to give a teaspoon of honey mixed with a pinch of pepper powder.
