Hello My son is 4 yr old and he has a cough and it’s more at night what to do

Actually your child is in the sleeping position when the cough aggravates it with everybody so you can give ginger juice and honey to the child three or four times in the day and specially half an hour before your child goes to sleep that would be good enough
