hello My son is 4 years old he has a cough but when he sleeps at that time he starts coughing, I already taken Alex Junior syrup but it doesn't work Please give me suggestions

Cherricof a good option but very honestly telling you we do not really recommend you to keep changing the medicine that you are giving to the child as that is not good if you haven’t consulted your doctor yet you should actually consult the doctor first
