hello my son is 3yrs6 months old and he is having cough fever and cold runny nose. As per advice i hve given him calpol syrup 250 montecope syrup azee syrup n for cough asthakind but no relief in cough n runny nose. plz suggest me any remedies or medicine.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a proper dvgose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
