hello my son is 3yrs old .. frm past 4-5days he was not eating well suddenly frm two days started complaining stomach pain before popping he started to popp twice a day i thought gastric but today I took him to doc he said tonsils bacterial infection he got white patches on his tonsils so that pus swallowing causing stomach upset but no fever so doc said not to start antibiotics yet
